I have this message shown in logging periodically:
SLOT 7/1: May 20 04:56:20.700: %INTR_MGR-3-BURST: SLOT 7/1 - BCM3140 US PHY: BCM3140 Chan11 Error [15665354]
with this message all time:
SLOT 7/1: May 20 04:51:48.376: %UBR10000-5-USPHY_BAD_INTR: USPHY with physical channel 11 gets too many error interrupts
I read that cisco recommend power cycle this line card, but what should i do with %INTR_MGR-3-BURST, i can't find any info about BCM3140 US PHY
Why I can't set cable upstream max-ports to 0? It show me that valid values is from 1 to 8, but on another ubr10k i have following cfg and it's 0 in cable upstream max-ports on 8/0/4:
Hello
I've had too many issues with the Arris cm8200 and the need to change firmware too often. currently it's ofdm issues while other modem models are fine. I was thinking of Netgear cm1200, but wanted to see what others have experienced and recommend
Hello friends.
I want to ask you how I can increase my upload bandwidth for my cable modem, currently it only allows me to upload 2 Mbps. I want to increase it even to 4 Mbps to 6 Mbps. I have two MC16C targettas on my ubr 7240Xvr. Could someone give me a hint of how upload it to more than 2Mbps I will attach a fragment of my cmts configuration.
Am I able to change this password to something less obvious? I would like to change the password to the SNMP Factory mode password, is there an snmpset oid for this?
Does the modem need a boot file to accept first downstream and upstream frequencies specified in the configuration, or does the modem first need to find the frequencies and then download the bootfile?
Now modem just scan for frequencies, but cant take even downstream, but spectrometer shows all the frequencies
that Sunday there was a very strange event. out of nowhere the CPU consumption of 3 different CMTS in 3 different cities increased by around 15%. any idea or has anyone been there?
