I am having a lot of issues getting disconnected, wired and wireless network. I paste the log to see if somebody can help me figure out what the problem is, and how to tell if its my side or my isp side problem. Thanks in advance to all...

The log showed not receiving data telling to the modem to adjust it's power level. go to the connection tab and double check your power levels. receive levels should be zero (plus or minus 10, so between -10 and +10). transmit level, depending on the number of channel or carriers the modem is transmitting on should be below 50. good chance it's above 50 transmit and around -8 or -12 receive levels.
if there is a 3-way splitter, make sure the modem is on the 3.5db leg. if there are multiple splitters from the point the cable wire hits the house, the modem should be connected to the 1st, not he 3rd or 4th. I can only assume how it's wired, but looks like you have levels issues.
