Our C3 can't detect our CISCO cable modem(cisco DPC2100r3) but can detect and register INOVO Cable Modem(Model. IB-8120-W21).

I have a 7246VXR with a MC28U it is configure on 256-QAM, but the graph chart no get more of 25mbps

any idea why dont work over 25mbps.

In our ubr10k the downstreams are used indidually by docsis 1.1 and 2.0 modems

and are also used in wideband interface for docsis 3 modems

how can we monitor for congestion ?

we have 4 downstreams and 1 wideband interface

for example

ds1 is used at 50% by docsis2 modems
ds2 is used at 40% by docsis2 modems
ds3 is used at 30% by docsis2 modems
ds4 is used at 40% by docsis2 modems

I need ubr10k2-k9p6u2-mz.122-33.SCF5.bin и ubr10k-fpd-pkg.122-33.SCF5.pkg

I have and Arris 1500 CMTS, and Linux DHCP server and a Ubee DVW3201B EMTA. I have the SIP firmware for the Ubee. The cm part is online and registered. The MTA is stuck in DHCP offer. I think it's a problem with my MTA class:

I am not really familiar with ARRIS CMTS Devices and was dump in my lap. We have a lab C4 that needs its SW code upgrade. Can someone tell me what i need to do? I already have the new image and already copied its run-config.
