12x Arris C4-CAM-01122W - 12 U Cable Access Module (CAM) DOCSIS 3.0 pn: 710423

2x Arris C4-RCM-01000W - Router Control Module (RCM) pn: 722013

3x Arris C4-PICC-02004W - 16D CAM Pnysical Interface Card (PIC) for Active-slot Position pn 722016

And any further information about the RCP -ID of last two bytes as " 80 61 " ? ( The complete RCP-ID : 00 10 18 80 61 )
Is that mean any hex code transfer to decimal or else ?

Hey guys, im having some odd problems.. all of our 3g60 cards are working flawless but it seems were having some issues here almost the same time we setup the initial 3g60 it appears we lost the SPA cards.

Interestingly it seems to be affecting the whole spa card.. so i'm unsure wtf is going on here.. doesn't seem to be RFGW related exactly.. not all the Qam interfaces are on the same card so its spread over a few cards i believe

We see the explanation of RCP-ID ( C. 1.5.3.1 ) and summarized as below :

Type Length Value
48.1 5 Bytes 0,1,2: Organization Unique ID
Bytes 3,4: OUI-specific profile ID

Has anyone experienced this before with Cisco uBR10K.
I've had to roll our customers back to Casa C2200.
The modem levels are fine, no errors but looks like upload is throttled or there is a delay allocating upload slots.
I just need 2 x bonded downstreams and 1 upstream. No upstream channel bonding.

I have a ARRIS C3 CMTS that works fine with DOCSIS 2.0 cable modems but no DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem comes online.
I dont know what could be the reason that DOCSIS 3 CBN CH6541 cable modems stack in reject(c).

Hi guys. Thought maybe you all might have some insight into this one. I can ping an address from the CMTS itself, and from its loopback. But I cannot ping from the individual cable interface. Any ideas about the root of the problem here? I'm not understanding how the cable interface looks at routing differently than the rest of the CMTS. The problem is not from being blocked upstream, as I have another CMTS that can reach the same address, with the same source specified.
