does anyone have an idear how to inject my docsis signal at about 700 to 800 Mhz into a tv signal from a cable provider? I think I also must filter out there signal in this range... Any idear?

You'll need a custom band-pass filter to block their docsis signal, and you'll also need to block your return frequencies from going back on their system as well.
