I'm having a problem upgrading a C4 (actually a C4c, same same). We have a 16DCAM in slot 15 and have a used 32DCAM that is supposed to go in slot 15, replacing the 16DCAM. The problem is that I just can't seem to change the card type (after inserting the 32DCAM in slot 15):

Hi, I have bought the modem from Best Buy and brought it to Turkey to use with Turksat's Uydunet Cable service. We have called our Cable service provider and gave them modem's MAC address. They have added it and we were able to get signal. But the modem can not get an IP from the service provider. Also we can not change the Country setting in the modem. Our old modem, which is Netmaster CBW-383Z4, works fine. I have contacted ARRIS but they did not help.
i setup this bsr1000 router to try some modems and amplifier and so on ... now i want to create a service flow for amplifiers and another for modems / voip ... i can change the parameters in config file for up and downstream ... an i can create service flows in cmts and declare it in config file ...
all changes i did to the upstream works perfectly but the changes i made to the downstream doesn´t really take effect ...
I tried everything to access the GUI of the TG862 but there`s no way to pass the login and password page.
Here`s a little bit of the configuration file there I`m sending to the CM.
Does anyone knows how to change the login and password? I really did everything.
I am activating the first time a cmts ubr10k and something weird's happening to me. in a test probe at the headend I have a cable modem docsis 3.0 to get 8 downstream channels and 4 upstream channels. when active network the same cable modem takes the 8 downstream channels but only one upstream channel. checked signal, noise, etc. and it's all ok! attached documentation on these tests. someone could explain me what might be happening?
i have CASA 3200 i facing issues like getting hang of CMTS untill it restarts physically unable to get access remotely.
if any one faced such issue please help me to find the root cause & trouble shooting steeps.
I have a a motorola SB6141 modem, which is stuck in Ranged state, when I capture the modem logs from web GUI, I see that REG-RSP not received and T6 timeout and retries exceeded.
The T6 timeout is : The cable modem has sent 3 Registration Requests (REG-REQ) to the CMTS without receiving a Registration Response (REG-RSP) within the T6 timeout period (3 seconds). The cable modem is therefore resetting its cable interface and restarting the registration process
I have here an old Knovative CMTS (KCMTS-122) .. Eurodocsis ... This Unit was in perfect condition until i do a reset :( (took back the original Firmware and erased the latest one). Now the first firmware is active and this unit isn´t really applicable. Did anybody have the latest firmware for this unit ??
The nice thing is the onboard DHCP TFTP TOD Server and Web-Based-Management. It´s a really simple to use cmts for quick use.
