Is there a way to differentiate between docsis 2.0 and docsis 3.0 modem with snmp?

Hi,

I would like to telnet a Arris CM550B modem, and i added the following oids to my modem config:
SnmpMibObject arrisCmDevTelnetEnable.0 Integer 1;
SnmpMibObject arrisCmDevTelnetAllow.0 Integer 1;
SnmpMibObject arrisCmDevSinglePasswd.0 String "xxx" ;

But the modem answer is:
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused.

I tried with TM601B, but the result is the same, conneccion refused.
What is missing, or what could be wrong?

Which settings have priority when manage modem, the settings that previously set by using SNMP commands or settings specified in the configuration file? (in case of conflicting settings) When modem boots up and load config file, does the settings defined in config file overrides settings set by SNMP?

I want to mount a test lab with DHCP server.
So far I've only issue on configuring the dhcp server, seems there is a missing parameter on config. file.

The DHCP discovery reach well the DHCP server and offer are well sent but the Modems didn't proceed with the Request.

Can someone review the config. file or how can I tshoot the situation ?

I am setting up a DOCSIS test environment with CASA C2200 and some EPC3925 modems.

The DOCSIS provision attempt was a success, however I cannot get the MTA part working.

The modem always complains that the hash at the end of the MTA config file is missing.

For GW IP i want to assign from from dhcp pool called GW.
What i need to add to config file of modem and to CMTS .

Im using CMTS as TFTP server and DHCP .
