I want upgrade firmware in DPC3000 Docsis 3.0, but firmware is in .bin format, not p7b. I have Mfg CVC cert, can I upgrade firmware if I apply this Mfg. CVC in config file or via SNMP by applying value to MIB object ?

I just start provisioning Motorola SBV521E with My SIP server and i foundout that I dont have any firmware witch support SIP.
Please Anyone can send me SBV5121E-SIP-1.0.7-SCM-06-CBNGA01-SHPC-NNEMN.p7 or some other version.

              I've seen some posts on this forum stating that the MTA SBV5120 was not SIP but the spec sheet it states that it is compatible with SIP. Anyone working with this MTA using SIP? What SIP firmware him?

Can i configure the arris 1500 as l3 router for set one network for cable modems and a second network for the clients?

Is because have problem a client is adding dhcp on my network and the cable modems are getting the ip addres for another dhcp not my server...

I have experienced the following issue with this modem type:

After successful provisioning, when i call the phone number
which is behind the modem, the phone rings once and a little, nothing more.
If I'm fast enough and pick up the phone, then I can speak, all is well.
But if I'm slow, then I only hear a busy signal..
This time the mta Callp trace show "Temporary unavailable." SIP message.

Therefore, I have a question: is it possible to get form internet any documents for that project (plans of the deployment of cables and equipment) on network adapted to DOCSIS?

Im trying to get working the C6U UpConverter with an UBR7223 CMTS. I dont know anything about this C6U UpConverter and I would like to know if there is someone here that explains me the basic configuration that I must use.

I need to setup the channel 50 in NTSC (DOCSIS) mode. I've been trying to setup this using the STD mode, but the LED screen shows the A NO RF message.

Can anyone provide some information?
