Looking for someone who can lend a hand configuring a Motorola BSR64000HD. We would need to figure out some compensation for you. Let me know what you feel is fair.

We have an issue where cable modems users loose connectivity to a gaming server or so for just a couple of seconds. The cable modem does not get offline but the user has to reconnect to the server. We already checked levels and are ok, Any one has had a similar problem?
Trying to figure out how many RFSW1 cards I need for each RFGW-10 when using ds384 cards.
I know that the RF ports from the line cards span the switch cards (port 1 on every switch card corresponds to the linecard in slot 3 etc) and the ds48 cards had 12 RF ports so you needed 12 RFSW1's.
The ds384 cards only have 8 RF ports, do I only need 8 RFSW1's?
Are there even blanks for these, or should I just pick up 12 of them
I am trying to copy a config via tftp onto a NPE-G2 processor which is pretty standard, although there is one catch.
I do not have any MC88V cards whos' interfaces are implemented by the config and this gives me a long list of "invalid input at ^ detected"
Is there any way to force this config onto the card as a startup-config without the cards being present?
Does anyone have a pcap trace of a DHCP session between the CM and the DHCP provisioning server for either docsis 2.0 or docsis 3.0?
We are working on a new DHCP server implementation to provision the CM. Several CM DHCP client implementations are reporting that a critical field is invalid, but no additional details are provided. A successful DHCP exchange would help us debug this further.
Here is a CloudShark trace of our current exchange. The CM appears to reject the final DHCPACK and restart.
