Anyone using or playing around with the C100G from Casa? Would like to hear some feedback thinks you like or dislike about the CLI or hardware.

Is there a firmware repositery somewhere that I may search for

I am looking for firmware 7.1.98 for arris wbm760a

I have the following file: TS0705125_062314_NA.WBM760_CM820.img

some of our modems have 7.1.98 and I can upgrade them

but some of our modems have 3.2.48 and refuse to upgrade to this firmware

so I want to try jumping from 3.2.48 to 7.1.98 and then to 7.5.125

or If someone has another firmware in between that I could try

We have activated upstream bundling

In the summary we see

I have a customer that has been having issues. He has to reset his modem every day to every couple days. The modem log is below. Signal level is good, at 1db down and 46db upstream, SNR is at 42.6 on the downstream and 32.5 on the upstream. The CMTS is a Cisco ubr7246VXR, MC28u. Modem is a Netgear CG3000D. I am not sure what is going on with this modem, we have replaced the modem already.

I have a problem with some CH6541 cable modems. When I check the dhcpd.lease file I see that the agent.remote-id field has not a normal value.

Hi! Iam new to docsis, and I barely understand how a CMTS works, and I need to know how to make a basic configuration file for a cable modem, and what parameters that i need to consider when making a configuration file, i hope you can help me with it.

We have been beating our heads against this C4 for a long time trying to get snmp-traps to work correctly. We have some traps coming in but they are all trapSeverity.0 7 cmResetReason.0 SM_RANGING_SAME_CHAN type traps. We are trying to get the normal on/off registration traps to work with our monitoring software.

Can anyone help with what needs to be done to have it send all traps?

I am posting this after finally fixing this problem.

We have Cisco 7200ubr equipment. TOD does not seem to function on these devices, and it is a terrible idea to run them as they use udp-small-servers which are regularly attacked. After multiple attempts to get UDP/37 TOD running on these devices I gave up.
