Dear, I have the following error on a SPA-5X1GE-V2 card in a cmts cisco ubr10k. I'm using the ios ubr10k4-k8p6u2-mz.122-33.SCH3. can solve this or is it a hardware problem?

One more thing, I think the problem is not the SPA cards but the SIP-600. I put a 10ge card to test and it did not work. I got the log attached. this kind of problem can solve?

Maybe the SIP-600 is bad.
Another command you can try is :
show diag 1/0 conlog
you have to try the command several times to get out. the plate is reinitializing all the time. the command you saved is attached. seems to be a problem in the firmware or memory of the card. I'll try to find another one to replace more the ideal would be if I had how to recover this.
