MCU port adapter in slot 5 was reset - MC88v card

we are inserting one MC88v card on slot 5 , after that we are getting below log continuous.

already we are running on two MC88v on same chassis with no error.

IOS : ubr7200p-jk9su2-mz.122-33.SCF5.bin

Plz any one help me out to resolve these issue.

So it sounds like you already have the latest IOS.

Can you try the card in another slot, even if you swap it with one of the working cards.

This will it least narrow down whether the card is faulty or the slot is faulty.

On the ubr10k you can login to the linecard and look at logs etc. Not sure if this is possible on the 7200 series?

On ubr10k you go "service internal" and then "telnet 127.0.0.51" if you wanted to login to card 5/1

Once logged in you can "show log" etc

You can also use the "attach"

You can also use the "attach" command. I believe it works on both 7200 and 10k platforms.

Type "attach 5" from enable mode. That will put you on the "console" of slot 5.
