Anyone can give explanation about the IP bundles in CMTS. I want to know the scenario of the function and the advantage of this function.
Originally, you had to have layer3 config (eg CM and CPE IP addresses) on each cable interface.
The bundle interface was introduced to simplify this.
The bundle contains all such config, and then you simply make each cable interface a "member" of the bundle.
