Everything is in "CISCO SIP EMTA PROVISIONING & MANAGEMENT GUIDE For DPC, DPX, EPC, EPX eMTA series". What firmware are you using for 3212? I could send you proper MIBs.

And probably this version:
e3200-ES-16-c1000r5593-140715c-CVC060424.p7b
I'm not sure if this is really the SIP-Version. I should check that first.
