I have a BSR64K with two SRM 4 cards and an HSIM GE2/Eth8 card in slot 15 whenever I try to do a switch over to the standby SRM the system looses IP connectivity. I can no longer ping the BSR whether it be through the SRM card or through the HSIM card.
Is there some sort of command that needs to be ran so that there is no lose of connectivity after a switch over to the standby SRM. I have tried swapping the SRM cards and there was no change.
I am running 5.3.1P23.H44.KRBU for the image.

the DP 880 and DPD happens when a card lose internal connectivity with the Active SRM, in this case the SRM7 seems to have an issue, there's a couple of thing that you can try:
1.- Re seat SRM7 when SRM8 is active
2.- Forced-download 7 (and reset slot 7)
Probably will not cause any harm to do the same with Slot 8 before the switchover, and after that proceed with SRM7.
If not you should paste the output of "sh icp stat", "sh xfabric keep", "sh xfab stat"
