Hi all,
I really need help with this one and am ready to pay for help. My CMTS 1500 keeps rebooting. Here are some of there errors I get on the console:

Is this a hardware error? If that's all I can swap in a new one and have cablesight repair the old. OR is it a software issue? Too much traffic on a bad port or something? Who wants to make some money and get this out of my hair?
Thanks,
:)

Hi,
I drove for three hours to put a replacement CMTS in there. The system runs better than ever!!! I had someone power down that CMTS 1500 and it would not come back online. Time to send the old one to cablesight for repair. I hope this helps someone.

I have about 12 Arris CMTS 1500s. I just can't figure out this rebooting thing. Is it a problem with the upconverter, software, the CMTS itself....? Does anyone have any clue? Any ideas on debugging?
Thanks,
Eric
