Is UBR7246VXR DOCSIS 2.0?

Hello.

I was wondering if the UBR7246VXR is DOCSIS 2.0 capable with NPE-G1, MC28U's cards and IOS 12.3(17b)BC6 or 12.3(13a)BC6.-

The Cisco data sheet says that is EuroDocsis 2.0 (PAL) capable Im not sure that is docsis 2.0 (NTSC).
