I have an Arris C4 here with a SCM 2 processing unit. When booted, it comes to a password prompt. How can I go about resetting this password. When booting, it says that the password recovery is not enabled.

i have a strange situation with my CMTS. i have 2 DS's my first DS works fine with 4US's(use the same configuration on both DS's) but the other DS have a kind of problem with modems, so the modems do not get the recieve connection.
Any help please.
I have a cisco uBR7246vxr cmts with NPE-G1 card. I'd like to use it as a BGP router. I've downloaded the latest software ubr7200-ik8su2-mz.123-23.BC10.bin.
My problem is I can't set a 4-byte AS number:
bgprouter(config)#router bgp ?
<1-65535> Autonomous system number
Am I doing something wrong? Is 4-byte AS number supported on uBR7246vxr?
In the SCM verbose command in the US power information it reads....below. How often is this refreshed "Peak Transmit level" or how current is this information? (weeks? days? Hours?)
Below is the output of show cable modem and the running config.
edit: downstream is 256qam, upstream is qpsk currently.
I'm seeing quite a few with ! by timing offset, also we are still seeing quite a few modem flapping with seemingly good stats, on the ones we have verified, downstream snr is 35 +, upstream snr is 26 + and they seem to pass traffic fine most of the time, but every now and then they just start flapping with no explanation, by the time we get someone out to the site everything is back to normal.
