The curious thing is, if I turn off the BSR and turn it on back again, nothing appears on the prompt. So i have to reset it again, but it gives me the error screen, when I reset it again it show the one that says "Can't load boot file". I have to reset it twice so i can get access to the prompt.
I'm utterly lost, please help me.
This is the output of some commands I tryed, maybe it's useful.

it's the same issue as the link you pointed out. it's set to boot from from something other than tftp or from an image in nvram.
Like the link, check what's stored or load from a server

Thanks for the reply cmcaldas, i'll try to boot it from a tftp server, but I need the firmware image of the BSR. I've been looking for it in google but I can't find it, Do you have it?. Could you send it to me, please? I'll be really thankful if you could send it to me. My email is necaro55@gmail.com. Thanks in advance!!!
