Upstream Issues when PICO swapped to ubr10k

Hello all,

I recently switched a PICO mini 200a out with a ubr10k and used the same channels/widths etc.
It appears that modems are connecting with 8 DS and 4US just fine, however modems appears to have slower speeds than what they had with the Pico.
I've adjusted the speeds in the config file, which seemed to help the download speeds but the upload speeds are about 20% of what they've normally been.

Any suggestions or more info needed?

Thanks in advance.

max burst on modem file

Increase the max burst setting on the upstream. in most cases 3044 needs to be increased.
example, for 5Mb upstream concatenated burst should be 10,000 and max burst 20,000.

upstream SNR / modulation profile. the snr could be too low for the modulation profile your using.
my rule of thumb is 28 and higher for 64Qam; 25 and higher for 32Qam; 21 and higher for 16Qam; 18 and higher for qpsk
