Hey Guys,
We are trying to replace a failing C3 unit with a UBR 7426. The modems connecting to the UBR aren't even getting passed downstream. Can you look at my config and see what I'm doing wrong?

On your c3/0 upstream 0, you have the power level at 26db! Maybe lower that to 0db.
What type of cards are you using? Does the downstream lights on the modem turn solid, then blinking on upstream?
