The scenario is this:
This uBR7111, when connected to hyperterminal does not produce any output data on the monitor, no sign of boot-up, and, with exception of the power LED, none of the LEDs (ethernet, upstream, downtream, etc.) on the rear of the unit illuminate. The Power Supply output is correct and runs fine.
Ideas?
Sometimes the console port on those CMTS's does not work, I know it sounds weird but hook to the Aux port, the 7114 I had only had console connectivity on the aux port
