TM822 and CM820 ARRIS with 7.5.125 FW in 100% D2.0 environments

Hi there,

We have struggled with a problem by using TM822 and CM820 with the updated version of FW 7.5.125 in 100% D2.0 environments. Specifically, the CM froze in init(o). After talking with technical guys at ARRIS we finally got a solution. It is necessary to set this OID to 0:

arrisCmDoc30SetupExtendedUpstreamTransmitPowerValue.0 (Integer32) 0

I hope this information can help someone else.

Arris init(o) problem

Hi,

Thanks for information,
I have same problem, but when i compile conf file fails with " Can't find oid arrisCmDoc30SetupExtendedUpstreamTransmitPowerValue.0". I'm using MIB arris_cm_doc30.mib (size 80401 kb). Do you know where i can download the new firmware and MIB file??
