Hi,
I wondering if anyone have the answers at my problem.
I have few modem TM from Arris on the second bundle i have able to boot few correctly (3 on each interface down with cm and tma config. As soon i have few other, all cable modem get reject(c) error.
I use 2 bundle, first for cable modem with PC and i use the TM on the second bundle (2) for VOIP only.
I'm using CNR 6.2 (Old CNR version but normally should work fine)
I attach the CM config file ubr10012.
I did some debug in log and there is the informations i got ;

I haven't touched a 10K in over a year at this point, so I am probably barking up the wrong tree. In fact, take everything I say with a grain of salt for good measure.
Observation 1:
reject(c) Cable modem did attempt to register; registration was refused due to bad COS ( Class of Service )
cable privacy mandatory is not enabled on your upstreams
Observation 2:
Your rf-channels are shutdown on 1, 2, 3. Not sure if that's intentional or not.
Observation 3:
I cannot recall if these things are case sensitive or not.

show clock

You can do the configuration manually by typing command
conf t
clock set 23:36:00 25 july 2017
And then reset the modems.
