I'm working on a system that uses a C3 and wireless DOCSIS. I just need to increase the SNR. currently the down SNRs are from 22 db to 32 db. I'm very familiar with DOCSIS. Does wireless use the same standards? Down power -18 to +18, Down SNR should be about 30db, Up power should be about 45db but can't go over 61db, Up SNR (read at the CMTS) should be about 30db??? Should I start tweaking the cm config file or the modulation profiles. The C3 is licensed for SCDMA, should I use that or TDMA or ATDMA? I have a plan, but would just like some opinions.
