Need very small US Cable Operators to test VoIP switch

If you are a small cable operator with a vision to provide low cost reliable VoIP service to about 200-300 of your customers, this offer is for you.

We are seeking 3 small cable operators who expect no more than 200-300 VoIP subscribers max to assist us in a free year long trial of our VoIP switch. These operators need to have no prior VoIP service in their product line.

Our VoIP switch currently has a full list of residential features and we plan to build business features over 6-9 months.

In exchange for your assistance we will provide you the technical know to develop a residential and later in the year, a business VoIP service for your product line.

There is absolutely no charge for our services for the extent of the trial and no hardware or software to buy. There is no obligation to buy after the trial either. During the trial, you will only be responsible for paying the SIP trunking, 911 charge and associated fees related to VoIP service. We do not sell those services and would be glad to assist you to find some, or if you prefer to use your own SIP trunking provider we will be glad to work with them.

Please note that even though our solution will not provide you with the know how of operating a VoIP switch, it exclusively uses SIP and commonly available eMTAs, ATAs and IP phones, so a transition away from us after the trial if preferred, will be easy and we will assist you to our best ability.

With Full dQoS?

Hi, did your VoIP-Switch provide Full dQoS with COPS and PacketCable/PacketCable Multimedia to create dynamic ServiceFlow between CM and CMTS, where the RTP-Traffic are matching the right Classifier to use the dynamic established ServiceFlows with UGS in Upstream and minReserved in Downstream?

regards,

dQoS yes, but not as part of the VoIP switch

We do not provide dQoS because our switch does not interact with the CMTS in anyway. However with the support of Arris and Cisco we could provide assistance in refining QoS between the eMTA and CMTS by creating service flows. I know for certain that in the family of Arris solutions (eMTA and CMTS) these service flows are dynamically optimized thus keeping the VoIP switch out of the loop.

Hope this answers your question.

Willing to add dQoS if someone provides the expertise

Since the switch functionality is developed in house, we are willing to add dQoS functionality if someone provides us with requirements and mentors us into implementation, given that we can handle the level of effort.

We will be only interested in dQoS for Cisco UBR and Arris CMTSs.
