I'm having problems bringing up a Motorola SBV5222 running their SIP load (SBV5222-SIP-2.0.6-SCM-05-SHTW). The cm side is coming up, but the MTA side has the issue. It seems the MTA config file is being accepted, but there's something wrong. The MTA logs in the Telephony GUI show a config file error:

The GUI, under Advanced -> Line Provisioning, shows strangeness with the CMS and port info. Almost as if this is an NCS config that is being defaulted to:

Attached are the config entries that show up in the GUI, under Advanced -> Configuration, one for cm side (cm-info.txt), one for mta side (mta-info.txt). Also attached is the text config file used to generate the mta config file (mta-config.txt).
