If you can tell me what type of firmware is the SIP variety I will try and grab it for ya
on digitalcm.motorola.com they have the following types but I cannot find where it says which is sip and which is mcs
Version 1.2.6-SCM-05 Field Released Thread: SBV5121 SHTW
Version 17.6.4-SCM-17 Field Released Thread: SBV5121 SHNP
Version 17.8.4-SCM-01 Field Released Thread: SBV5121 SHPC
As a side note Arris bought Motorola, so if you have arris support you should be able to get support for motorola modems too.

Not sure which is which. I've been using the Arris EMTAs for years. This is my first experience with Motorola. Could you send me all three of those? I'll figure out which is which.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this firmware? I just can't seem to get it. I have no Arris support contract.
