Can anyone advice me on what a fair cost would be for a Residential and Business line.

Is is cheaper to DIY or outsource. And if you Outsource whats fair price to pay.

depents on what country/state u r in?

diy combination with outsource, for a start i normally use a reseller kit. cause of al the transits etc... it's easier to use a virtual pbx.
