We have a Cisco CNR 8.1 and it will be upgraded to 9.1. We would like to have each customer modems start session times, end session times and interim update times on the network. I would like to know if there is any way to pull that information directly from the CNR? If yes, where and how? If not, is it achievable? and how? Right now, we are able to obtain start lease and end lease times and with the help of these numbers, we use a script to calculate the interim update and session stop times. However, the numbers do not seem to be accurate and the method is not that effective. Anyone to help?
