I know these are a bit old (indeed), but I have still several of them in the field. After moving to 256QAM, some of them are unable to find the downstream. On several places plant issues were confirmed and fixed, but there are still several modems which would not find the downstream for whatever reason. Another Ericsson HM201c plugged in the same place works just fine, and reports normal SNR levels.
Anyone having any suggestion what to look at? Anyone having firmware updates for these units?
