My CMTS is an Cisco UBR7114
My Cable Modem is Motorola SURFboard® Cable Modem SB4200 (It's DOCSIS® 1.0 and 1.1 CableLabs® Certified)
when the CMTS UBR7114 is configured to manage all the service (ToD, TfTp, DHCP, SYSLOG) all work. I cam browse internet web pages.
Now i'm Download and install version 2.0.4 of docsis_server on my CentOS 5.3 server and reconfigure the CMTS.
Cable modems will not sync up
In the mysql database dhcp_server - table sys_log:
NAK -- unknown docsis modem 000b06c5c7b2
i add the cable modem
INSERT INTO docsis_modem VALUES
('000b06c5c7b2', '0.0.1.6', 1, 'serial_002', 503, 'auto', 301, 0, 1001, 607, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 700, 803, 0, 1, 0 );
In the sys_log table:
NAK -- no subnet for ip 0.0.1.6 mac 000b06c5c7b2
In the database syslog_server table log_2009_8_29

what docsis emulate the version 2.0.4 of docsis_server?
Cam Motorola SURFboard® Cable Modem SB4200 work with the version 2.0.4 of docsis_server?
