I´m thinking in building a CMTS based in Docsis_server for testing porpose but I´m not understanding how to interface the coax modem with the PC where the Docsis_server will be installed.
Can any one explain me how to solve this part?

Docsis_Server is not software to turn a computer into a CMTS, you still need to purchase a compatible CMTS for that purpose.
Docsis_Server is a provisioning server (dhcpd, tod, tftp) to provision cable modems that are attached to a CMTS.
