How can I give full bandwidth access on my locally hosted ftp server to my cable modem users and when they access internet bandwidth they should get their allocated bandwidth.
Is there any possibility to do that?
Please help in this regard.

You have to look at service flows and classifiers, configured from the CM configuration file you provide through TFTP during provisioning.
