Hello all,
I work for a small cable operator and we recently purchased a CUDA 1000 CMTS. We are trying to figure out how to set this up, seeing as we only use ARRIS CMTS's currently. We have the downstream and upstream configured correctly, but can't seem to get a modem to lock on (online light solid). We are not sure how to get the modem to get back to the CMTS. The modem shows, "DHCP Discover".
If someone could give me any help on setting up this CUDA 1000, I would appreciate it.

I am not an expert by any means on cudas but i recently configured a cuda 12k with pretty good results. contact me off list and i will see if i can help
