Hello All
I have the output of a modem file, it's in test format and I want to open it with an editor. check and change if needed.
I can go down each tlv, but's a pain for a long file. I've tried tality, turbonet, etc...
Does anyone have a program that would open a text and let me save it as a cfg for example?
Thanks, Have a great weekend
~Carl
Did you tried docsis from sourgeforge.net ?
tried the ones I mentioned and the Motorola config tool. I can take a known file like cableguy.cfg and view it as a text file, but not the other way around. so wanted to see if anybody might of run across the same thing and have a program I could use.
Thanks for the reply
~Carl
This is the best software to decode and encode config files if you well know how do to it in txt format.
You need docsis. It can convert both ways. It works on winblows and Linux.
