Hi we have a system that are using Cisco modem 3928 and we have a DOCSIS fil for that but we can´t get the Thecnicolor modem to work. we havn´t made Docis file before. what shall we change in the DOCSIS fil so it can work together whit the Cisco modem
Normally, a modem configuration file will work across multiple brands. Both modems are docsis 3.0 and should take the same configuration parameters. You might want to open the diagnostic web page on the modem by plugging into it, and browsing to 192.168.100.1. Check the logs to see if you can determine why it is failing to boot.
