CASA C100G Fan

Hi @ all ..
i bought an older C100G with 1x DS 8x96 and 1x US 16x8 and 2x SMM 10G and installed it at my customer side to bring an exchange to BSR64000 for D3.1, more Channel Bonding possibilities, maybe little bit lower noise from fans and fewer power consumption because of fewer linecards.

At this moment D3.0 is working with this C100G fine for now on a testcluster but the noise of the fans are really terrible loud.

In manual from 2014 it is described:

"Using variable fan speeds, the C100G determines the fan operating speed by sensing the air temperature at the air outlet. If the temperature at the outlet reaches 40°C, the fans speed up to draw more cool air to address the higher temperature condition."

When Chassis started the FANS or at low rpm level which is really enough to cool this equipment ;) but after loading the image it lift up ;).

The Chassis Temperature is between 18-22 °C and all Fans are at 3300 rpm. All not used slots are closed to bring enough air along the cards but the fans didn´t slow down, the airflow is so massive that e.g. papersheets laying 80cm away are sucked to it like a vacuum cleaner ;).

Maybe there is something i missed to configure or i can tune a little ?
I hope that the temperature sensors showed at "show envm" are the same which the regulator for fans use ?!
Maybe there was a system upgrade for putting the fans at a higher speed in past ? I didn't know.
There are 2 commands fan_read and fan_write goes from 0x00 to 0x09 with some content but didn't know if it is the right thing.

thanks for now
best regards
