Do you know something about CM status regStarted ?
I have a few cable modems stucked in regStarted status on the bsr64k-srm10:
show cable modem 80c6.abd1.xxxx
Intf Prim Prim Prim Connect Timing RxPwr Ip Address Mac Address
Cable DS US Sid State Offset dBmV
1/0 11D5C3 U2C1L0 1855 regStarted 724 7.6 10.190.49.31 80c6.abd1.xxxx
After resetting the CM the modem gets to this status again and again and do not go online.
