Can multiple classes be pointed to the flow? For example: If one wanted to give e-mail (110 & 25) the same flow as web (80). Also, if you have a downstream classifier, do you need to have one for upstream or will it just default to the default upstream flow?

yes multiple classifiers can be pointed at the same flow, though there is usually a max number of classifiers (combination of dowstream and upstream)between 20-32 usually, any traffic that does not match a classifier will use the default flow
I found out that the PcReference in the classifiers has to be unique.
