Modem Unable to lock due to new CMTS DS and US frequencies

Hi Team,

I'm having an issue regarding with the cable modems from cisco 7246. But now I'm transferring them to CISCO UBR10K with new DS and US channels. These cable modems only recognized the previous DS and US channels(last settings). And now as I transferred them to new UBR10K , the UBR cannot detect any cable modems. Do we have a command for this so that the cable modems can scan the new DS and US channels? Thanks in advance

modem file?

Simply disable the downstream or upstream. if they don't come up, have customer power cycle the modem.
if that doesn't work, try a new modem file that tells the modem to use one of the new frequencies? I believe add channel assignment config with an upstream channel id that's only available on cmts2. it's been a really long time since doing that on a modem file. power cycling the modem generally resolves that stuck on a given frequency issue
