Hello, I'm doing an audit on our cable modems, noticing some not coming up bonded as they should, very old modems, wondering if it could be a firmware issue.
Motor SB6180 SB6180-3.2.1.0-GA-00-252-NOSHSB6180-3.2.1.0-GA-00-252-NOSH, is what they are running.
I can't find any firmware in the Arris Download center for it, is there anything newer that I can get somewhere that will help it bond 8x4?
what's your email address? I've got sb6180-3.5.8.6-ga-01-525-nosh-nndmn
Did you have a chance to send that firmware? I just want to try it on one and see if it comes up bonded.
Send it to mike at tc3net.com please.
Hi Mike
it was sent you on the 9th. your link will expire on the 16th.
check your junk mail
Got, it thanks so much, will test it out and see if it allows those older modems to come up bonded.

Hi...The arris D3 modem we have has gigabit ethernet ports and my switch reflects that. Moreover it does have a light for channel holding. In the event that its reinforced the downstream light turns orange. When there's 1 channel it is green.
