But the cable modem get online as DOCSIS 2.0, i dont know what happens, can you help me please

I wonder if anyone knows how to properly configure RCC to bond over than 8 downstream channels.
I have 16x8, but what You mean writing 'properly?' ;p
So you have CASA C3200 and 16x8 bonding? Only with configuired SERVICE GROUPS and BONDING GROUPS?? Which modem? Which version of FW on CASA CMTS?
The information I have is that despite properly configured SERVICE GROUPS and BONDING GROUPS, the CASA C3200 cannot handle more than 8 downstreams at once. To increase this, the RCC (receive channel configuration) must be configured accordingly. However, I have little trouble configuring this or it is not working properly.

We have the configuration set up practically the same as you posted it.
The only difference that can cause us problems I see in the firmware, because you have SMM Rel 6.1.4, Ver 1, build2af9-pscr in our case we first had SMM Rel 5.4, Ver 21.Build32, but we also tried SMM Rel 6.1 , Ver 2, build28 does not fix the problem.
If there is a possibility to send me the same version of the firmware as you have, I recommend it.

sadly, i have no image in file, and i don't know how to copy from bootflash to tftp ;(
I noticed on your downstream bonding, you have attr-mask 0x80000000
it should also be in your modem file. I learned a while back on a C4 it was missing that on the upstream for bonding and the modems wouldn't bond until I added it to the modem file. give it a try and let me know how you make out

I have nothing special in config file - this is not attr then
