Hi,
We have several 4 channel Docisis 3.0 modem who are not able to bond on the 4 channel
any idea ?
thanks

1/ For each primary DS, you need at least 1 x 4way and 1 x 8way bonding group that "covers" that channel.
In your case, you already have 8 way groups covering every channel (good), but you are only covering ch0-3 with 4way group (bad).
If every channel, or every 2nd channel, or every 4th channel is primary, you should create additional 4 way groups for ch 4-7, 8-11, 12-15, 16-19.Or i
Or if every 8th channel is primary, you would create additional 4 way groups for 8-11, 16-19
2/ With your 8 way bonding groups, it is safest to only ever use contiguous channels.
This is because many 8x4 modems have a 60MHz capture window.
So I would not recommend having your wideband5/1/0:5 (covers 0-3,16-19) because that exceeds the 60MHz window.
What are the levels looking like at the modems that only bond to a single upstream channel?
