Hi,
I have configured modulation profile for upstream 16 QAM however modem is picking QPSK for US modulation.

Can you post a bit more of your configuration, specifically the cable interface portion that this modem is attached to? Also that upstream power level is borderline maxed out for 2 channel bonding, and would not bond to 4 channels in the future or survive any kind of attenuation currently, so it should probably be corrected.

Can you confirm that you have "logical-channel 0 profile 2" and "logical-channel 1 profile 2" set on your in use upstream interfaces? I don't see your upstream configuration listed in the above config snippet.
