Maybe signal noise values are little bit low for your downstreams
You could try to increase output value of your cmts but it depends if you have other signals and their power/modulation.

It depends on the modem and how much it tolerates.
In my experience anything
below 33 dB and above 41-42 dB of DS SNR its bad.
below -4 dB and above 13 dB of DS Power its bad.
below 30 dB of US SNR its bad
below 37 dB and above 53 of US Power its bad.
