Although I have set configuration in CASA,we are seeing that some downstream are congested and some are free.Can any one help me out to resolve the issue.Currently I am using single mac-domain(2) for the cmts

I'm wondering if that 'no enable' is causing an issue since it appears to be applied to the default settings; might need to test/check. "Show load-balance dynamic" should show you the load balance log of modems moving. Make sure you see activity there.

"dynamic minimum 10" is too low in my opinion.
Why lb cable modems, when utilization is around 10%? Set minimum to 50-70%.
