We buy aka "second hand" casa c2200 many years ago...
Now we have trouble with installed modules...examle:

Any manipulation with module... can't alive them...
I found diag mode, but i don't know password....(not default - casa and not root password)
Any body have any ideas?

can you post a show version or show boot ?
it shows the hardware rev info, but not what software it's running. possible it may have been deleted since you purchased it second hand. have you reached out to who sold it to you?

it work, when we buy... about 5 years ago we turn off this. And now turn on it and see this picture...
