We are using CNR 6.0.5 and it works well, however, it doesn't support ipv6, which will be a big problem, although hopefully after I retire!
We are replacing ours in about 2 months.
There is nothing specific required in CNR for docsis 3. Most of the docsis 3 support is in your modem config files.
