the hardware is ubr10k.
If modem is set as gateway it working fine.
But if its set as Router its failing somehow and i cant seem to find what causing the problem.
The DHCP server is successfully assigning ip to the router and i can see the router part and the modem part in "show ip arp" but i can not ping it.
I cant find whats the problem is it a DHCP problem or UBR10k Config problem

modem as Gateway and modem as eRouter, means the same to me. Can you please be more specific?
Steps would be:
modem online (TLV 202 configured in CM config file)
eRouter doing a second DHCP process.
eRouter giving IP addresses to clients and NAT-ing the traffic.
Sorry i fixed it. It was routing problem in the UBR.
